Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Tube Optimizer (the "Service"), operated by Digiboffins, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may close your account at any time.

3. Connecting YouTube & approvals

Tube Optimizer can connect to your YouTube channel through Google authorisation. You control which permissions you grant and can revoke them at any time. The Service drafts titles, audits, Shorts, schedules, and metadata for you, but nothing is published, edited, or deleted on your channel without your explicit approval. You remain solely responsible for the content you choose to publish and for compliance with YouTube's terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, reverse-engineering it, using it to violate any law or third-party rights, or using it to generate or publish content that is deceptive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by YouTube. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Plans, trials & billing

The Solo plan is free. Paid plans (Studio and Network) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Studio includes a 14-day trial with no card required up front; if you add billing and continue, your plan renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Digiboffins. You retain ownership of your channel content and the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service and provide its features to you.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." Growth forecasts, retention scores, and title rankings are estimates based on models and historical data — they are not guarantees of performance, views, subscribers, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiboffins is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes & contact
